My SmartUPS always Beep. Model: SU420NET

HI, i'm from Quebec and I speak English with difficulty. So I have to help me to translate. I have a SmartUPS model SU420NET beep that often. The light turns red Overload but I am not able to silence him. I only have my TV and my receiver plugged into my battery. What would be the problem please?

That may be overloading this UPS. If you remove one of the pieces of equipment does this stop?
