i came across the email incident you had submitted as well and it seems like you have already tried to reset this to defaults and have done a couple of other things which have already should have caused the rPDU to do a warmstart and reboot the management interface that i suggested.
it seems strange that you have multiple PDUs showing this problem at the same time too..
unfortunately, i dont think there is really anything else at this point we can try besides powercycling the PDU to see if it clears up.
