Hi Scott,

PowerChute Network Shutdown for ESX and ESXi 4, part number SSPCNSV, is out and on our web site at http://www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=SSPCNSV&tab=features.

Let us know if you have any problems getting it.
